-Shipping & Returns


Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days using the cheapest method to be determined upon shipping based on order weight. When ordering, please take into consideration postal delays due to events out of our control (for example, high-volume times such as holidays).



Returns are subject to STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with original Juneberry Avenue LLC tags attached, and in the original box if applicable (shoes, etc.). ORIGINAL RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE.

Note: Items altered by stains, perfume, smoke, body odor, animal scent/hair will not be accepted as they cannot be resold.

The following cannot be returned and are considered FINAL SALE: Sale items more than 20% off, items marked "as-is", intimates, bralettes, jewelry, hair accessories, handbags, scarves, hats, bodysuits, swimwear, shoes that show wear, & any other item as deemed necessary by us. 

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of original receipt date. Juneberry Avenue LLC must be notified by email at info@juneberryavenue.com (or use the contact form on our site) within 72 hours of receipt date with your intent to return.

If shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Juneberry Avenue LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or mis-delivered parcels. It is the buyers responsibility to provide (by email) tracking info to Juneberry Avenue LLC for return shipping. Your return must also be postmarked WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF ORIGINAL RECEIPT DATE or it will be returned back to the sender.
